The drawn wire is automatically fed into this machine to form U-shaped nails. The U-shaped nail machine boasts a production speed of 200-500 pieces/min, with adjustable nail width and leg length, making it suitable for high-speed production of various U-nail specifications.
Nail Polishing Machine
This machine uses sawdust, paraffin wax, and waste oil to drum-polish nails, effectively removing burrs and impurities and improving the surface finish for subsequent processing or packaging.
Galvanizing Equipment
This machine forms a uniform zinc layer on the nail surface, enhancing rust resistance. The commonly used method is electroplating zinc (bright zinc or blue-white zinc), and black phosphating or blackening treatment can also be used to achieve surface protection according to different application requirements.
