What is the Coil Nail Production Line?
The coil nail production line is a complete set of automated equipment that can process steel wire raw materials into coil nails, greatly increasing production while reducing labor costs.
The coil nails are welded with copper-plated welding wire at an angle of 15°/16° and can be quickly nailed into wood by pneumatic coil nailer.

Core Equipment of Coil Nail Production Line
A complete coil nail production line usually includes the following core equipment:
- Wire Drawing Machine: Draws the original large coil steel wire to the required nail diameter (such as Φ2.1mm, Φ2.5mm).
- Nail Making Machine: Automatically completes wire cutting and heading to produce standard wire nails.
- Nail Polishing Machine: Removes burrs and oxide layers on the surface of nails by roller polishing to improve the appearance quality and weldability of finished products.
- Thread Rolling Machine: Processes the nail rod into screw or ring thread to enhance the nail holding force.
- Coil Nail Making Machine: Automatically arranges nails at a set angle (commonly 15° or 16°) to weld them into coils with copper-plated welding wire. Optional Vinyl Coating System applies a protective layer after welding to improve nailing smoothness, grip, rust resistance, and appearance.
